Privacy Policy

When you submit the assessment form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, your region (province or state), an approximate debt range, your preferred language, and your preferred time to be contacted. We also record your consent to be contacted.

We use your information solely to review your situation and connect you with a Debt Medic specialist who will reach out to discuss your options. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Your information is shared only with Debt Medic specialists and the service providers we rely on to operate (for example, secure hosting, database, and email-delivery providers), who are bound to protect it. The referring advisor sees only that a referral was made and its status — never your form details. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. In Canada we handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA; where US state privacy laws apply, we honour the rights those laws provide. To make a request, contact us at kevin@debtmedic.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, and our database is hosted in a Canadian region. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the assessment and follow-up, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
